Shipping

We offer a $5 flat rate shipping, and free shipping on every order over $40. Please allow 2-3 business days to process each order.

Currently we are only shipping to customers within the United States. We hope to be able to serve our international customers soon!

 

Refund Policy

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we'll do our best to make it right! All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition. 

 

Return Process

To return an item, please email our friendly customer support team at hello@glyphgoods.com. After receiving your response (typically within 3-5 business days) you will be requested to place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3-5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
